What time zone and working hours will the staff adhere to?

Our staff will align their work hours with your preferred time zone. Full-time employees typically work for 9 hours, including a 1-hour lunch break, while part-time staff commits to 4 hours per day.

What is the weekly working hours for the staff?

Our staff commits to a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the flexibility to extend their work hours up to 40 hours per week as needed. Additionally, they are available for overtime, which is billed at the standard hourly rate.

After making your hiring decision, when can the selected candidate begin?

Please allocate a minimum of 3 days to complete the signing and return process for the Client Services Agreement and the automatic direct debit or credit card form. Once we have these forms in hand, we will proceed to install the staff’s time tracking software, ensuring they are prepared for their first shift.

What is the invoicing process like?

Your initial invoice covers the remaining work days in the current month and must be settled before your staff’s start date. Subsequently, on the 1st of each month, you will receive an invoice for the upcoming month, adjusted for the actual hours worked in the preceding month. Automatic credit card charges will occur on the 5th of each month. Timely payment is crucial to ensure all contractors are compensated promptly.

What if an employee falls ill or wishes to take time off?

You are only responsible for compensating hours actually worked, with no obligation to pay for sick days or holidays. Nevertheless, if you wish to offer compensation for staff time off, you are free to do so at your discretion.

What's the recommended method for communicating with my staff?

The most effective approach is to utilize online management tools like Google Drive and connect with your staff through platforms like Skype.

How can I monitor staff productivity?

A common practice is to employ key performance indicators, or KPIs, to maintain a continuous record of employee activity. These KPIs serve as valuable benchmarks for defining the goals that every team member in your organization should be working towards.

How can I ensure that staff are making productive use of their time?

To ensure productivity, our staff are mandated to use our time-logging software. This software necessitates that employees log in at the beginning of each shift and log out upon its conclusion. Additionally, the software actively monitors your staff’s activities by capturing desktop screenshots every 10 minutes, which are subsequently compiled in a daily report for your review.

How can I effectively oversee my offshore team?

Optimal management involves maintaining open communication channels and treating your offshore staff as if they were in the same office. Regular check-ins and the establishment of routine team meetings to align on business objectives and boost staff motivation are highly recommended.
